If you have the space, I 100% recommend growing a garden with your neighbor. Thanks to our harvest, I’ve been adding handfuls of my tiny homegrown tomatoes to every salad I make and always have a bowl of them on the counter. I’m not ready for their time in the sun to end.
But no matter where you get your summer tomatoes, make this end-of-summer salad, filled with the most delicious herbs and flavor-packed veggies. I’ll be making it until corn and tomatoes go out of season. Here are a few other meals I’ve had on repeat lately to inspire your weekend menus
I’m trying Asics for the first time and love them. (Obviously worn with my shoe covers at home lol.)
We just got the girls new rainboots for fall—these are great and lightweight, plus they have sparkles!
A lot of people asked about the English muffin splitter I was sent—this one is similar (or, you know, you could use a fork). I always have a batch of Dam Good English Muffins in my freezer.
We just got new backpacks and lunchboxes for the girls from Little Chicken. I love their stuff so much. It’s so fun to personalize for each of them!
I’m still trying to eat as many eggplant recipes as possible. Here’s another fave.
Finely chopped salads are the best salads, and this one has added protein to keep you full longer.
I saved leftover potatoes from dinner the other day to make this breakfast hash. (Adi waited for lettuce wraps instead.)
The perfect way to enjoy all those summer tomatoes I hope you’re stocking up on.

Yum! I love it all and you💚♥️
Just ordered some Dam Good English Muffins and am so pumped! Next special order has to be that pound cake you shared 😁
