If you’re still sorting through and/or hiding Halloween candy, go make these cookies. (You can thank me later.)
If not, it’s time for soup.
I love putting a big pot of soup to cook when I work from home. The longer it cooks, the better it makes our apartment smell. And I love soups that include grains too, so it’s filling enough to be a full meal. If you’ve never made soup before, the one I shared on Wednesday is one of the easiest ones I’ve ever made. (And it’s fast!) Today I’m sharing a few faves, sure to get you into soup mode in no time.

The Sephora sale is happening now through 11/10, so I updated my beauty faves (including eyebrow must-haves) that I’m asked about most.
MadeIn sent me these pans and while they’re heavier than I expected, they’re a great non-stick option (we’ve been making french toast on them every morning!). You do have to season them!!
Really excited to try the new roasted garlic algae oil! This one has been my recent go-to.
Just got new winter coats for the whole fam—everyone’s looking forward to colder weather now. I got this one for me, this for Adi, and this one for our kids (they each got a different color). I love that it’s a local, family-owned biz, too.
I got a new Aviator Nation hoodie and have been wearing it with this top, another current fave.
Here are a few brands that share the love with discount codes:MELISSA10 - 10% off your first order at GroundUp
BAKEDBYMELISSA10 - 10% off at Supergoop
BAKEDBY20 - 20% off Algae Cooking Oil
A quintessential fave, and one of my go-tos when I WFH.
My youngest ate this all winter one year. It’s so comforting and packed with nutrients.
I love any soup that lightens up a heavy, indulgent meal like lasagna. (I also love lasagna! But I can eat much more soup.)
Coconut Ginger Soup with Turmeric
One of my favorite sick-day soups.

Oh this cookie idea is **brilliant**
We also love baking cookies and then delivering most of the batch to our local fire station — I think these would be perfect for our next cookie deliver!
