We’ve reached the sticky days of summer, meaning more tomatoes and more sweaty rides on the PATH (especially when your train car doesn’t have working AC 🥵). And that means more no-cook recipes to nourish you without standing over a hot stove. These are the perfect summer meals for easy nights at home when you don’t want to make a fuss over what to eat—and best of all, they save well for lunch the next day.

Here’s what’s on the menu this week:

  • Tofu Slaw Wrap

  • Green Goddess Chickpeas in a Pita

  • Perfect Chicken Salad


While my daughter has been at camp this summer, I’ve been reorganizing our apartment.
