I’ve been scoping out nearby markets for weeks waiting to see pops of bright red. And they’re finally here! The best of the crop will be along later in the season for me, but maybe they’re already peaking where you are. And for all of you in other parts of the world (hello, New Zealand!), I’ve also included a recipe that can be made easily with canned tomatoes in its place.
