Rosh Hashanah is the most delicious holiday. This year, we’re hosting Erev Rosh Hashanah the night before. It’s not a holiday without getting the family together—what a great way to kick off the new year.
We always serve traditional elements that are supposed to be part of your meal and I fill in gaps with extra proteins and salads. Since you all love the veggie-packed menus I’ve shared in the past, Rosh Hashanah is the perfect time to add to that list with incredible recipes to add to your spread. Some are great if you’re hosting (Chicken Soup Carrots, Spatchcock Chicken) and others are easy to bring (Noodle Kugel Cups, Apple Yogurt Cake). All of them are a delicious way to start the new year.

Here’s what’s on the menu:
Veggie Dip
Roasted Beet & Carrot Salad
Chicken Soup Carrots
Fall Squash Salad
Vegetarian Matzo Ball Soup
Spatchcock Chicken
Melted Leeks & Rice
Noodle Kugel Cups
Apple Yogurt Cake
Date Crumb Cake
What’s your favorite thing to make for the holidays? I’d love to hear!!
