The best dishes I’ve made this summer are the ones that use seasonal produce from the farmer’s market. I just ate tomato toast with cottage cheese on fresh sourdough. It was delicious.
When the produce is this good, it doesn’t need extra ingredients. My favorites are simple dishes that highlight nature’s gifts, even if it’s just thick slices of tomato between sourdough rubbed with garlic. Yum. Here’s what you should make while summer produce is still around.

I’ve been trying to get the kids back-to-school stuff ready, including their backpacks (they love this, this, and this), lunchboxes, and water bottles. I got my little one a label maker for her birthday that will also be useful this time of year! And of course, stocking up on Post-its and my favorite pens for lunchbox notes.
MY favorite backpack for commuting is this one from Lululemon, if you’re in the market.
I make this multiple times a week when tomatoes are ripe. It’s my go-to for a reason.
I shared this a few weeks ago and know a few of you have already made and loved it—if you haven’t, now’s your chance.
See above!! It can’t be beat.
The perfect summer side.
Make the most of your market haul.
