Last week, I made taco chili again. It’s such a great, easy soup, made mostly with pantry ingredients (perfect for clearing out all the cans of beans). Many people have strong opinions on what makes a chili. My version is ground beef, beans, tomatoes, and taco seasoning. It’s ok if you don’t agree. This soup will still taste just as good. Top with sour cream or Greek yogurt, cheese, cilantro, tortilla chips…anything you have and love.
