No-Bake Desserts Save the Day
The true summer heroes
Well, it finally happened. My oven broke.
Summer is the best time for this to happen—there are so many things I’d rather do right now than add extra heat to my house. But I’m a dessert person! I crave a bite of something sweet at the end of every meal. Right now, that means indulging in cupcakes I have stashed away in my freezer and making easy, no-bake treats. Here are a few of my favorites to inspire your early summer desserts!
In light of the above, my air fryer has been getting a lot more action lately. It’s great—it can do everything from roasting veggies to crisping up chicken nuggets.
We love to grill, but this pan works really well when you want nice char marks without standing in the sun for hours (or don’t have space for a grill!).
With kids out of school, now’s the perfect time to build everyone’s tie-dye wardrobe. This is the kit I use and the shirts I swear by.
These might be one of the best desserts I’ve ever made…which is saying something. (And if ice cream paired with cupcakes is your thing, you’ll love these.)
This icebox cake takes me back to after-school snacks immediately—it’s the perfect combination of everyone’s favorite treat.
You can measure these with your heart and throw in whatever ingredients you have and love. Once it reaches a doughy consistency, cover it with whatever you want (crushed nuts, coconut, melted chocolate) and add things like flax seed, hemp hearts, and chia seeds if you have them.
The easiest, most delicious treat to have on hand at all times. Eat it on toast, in a sweet potato, or in the cookie dough balls above. And let me know how you love it most!
All the flavor of s’mores, without the campfire.
