Baked potato bar for sure! Baked regular and sweet potatoes kept warm in a crockpot or a roaster. All the fixings on the side, broccoli, green pepper, onions, cheese, sour cream, chickpeas, black beans, bacon, salsa, tomatoes, pesto, and Mexican corn.
My favorite hosting recipe is a taco or a falafel bar or a salad bar because everybody puts what they like into their bowl! Especially with kids, makes them feel in control and who doesn’t love a food bar! You can also do it with ice cream and cupcakes💚❤️
My favorite hosting recipe is the Ottolenghi tomato rice with cinnamon. The og recipe is made in an oven but I've found you can also make it in a rice cooker without any problems and I love to add some vegan beef stock and a can of chickpeas for the protein. It's always a highlight:)
