Love You a Latke
The best (only?) recipe you'll ever need
I’m sharing a few latke recipes today, but there’s only one you really need. A classic potato latke, made extra crispy with potato starch (thanks, Adeena!) and fried next to a piece of carrot. (That’s a trick Adi taught me; he does it with schnitzel, too.)
These are honestly the best latkes I’ve ever made. Light, crunchy, and perfect to pair with sour cream and caviar, cream cheese and lox, or cream cheese and lox and caviar and cucumber and dill and tomatoes. However you enjoy them, have a happy, happy, happy, happy Hanukkah.
