Taco night is the easiest way to make everyone around our table happy. Our kids fill tortillas with veggies and protein they like, Adi covers his with hot sauce, and I load my tortilla up with the perfect combination of all my favorite flavors.
Our taco nights aren’t traditional. They typically consist of tortillas, a slaw, and a protein, and I’ll throw veggies on the table for my kids to snack on before dinner. If those end up in a tortilla, great. The slaw and proteins are great to save for a quick lunch the next day. Just toss them in a bowl.
