It's Cookie Season
Time to bake
I hope you all had the best Thanksgiving and an even better relaxing day after Thanksgiving. If you’re looking for post-turkey inspiration that isn’t a sandwich, I’ve unlocked this post from last week that’s filled with the perfect meals to enjoy your leftovers.
Now we’re officially at the start of the holiday season and I’m so excited. I love the holidays. It’s a magical time of year, and this year we’re all about treating our kids to new experiences. Whenever we have time at the end of the day, I love to make things with them, usually granola or chickpea cake. The holiday season calls for cookies! Here are a few of my faves for you to start testing ahead of your cookie swaps.
(You don’t have to make them today. You just made a whole feast!)
For gifts for everyone you love, MY GIFT GUIDES!! I loved pulling together my favorite things to use and gift to other people. Here they all are! Gifts for Her | Gifts for Him | Gifts for Kids | Gifts for Cooks | Gifts Under $50
Got new leggings from Athleta that I LOVE. They’re on major sale, so now’s the time to stock up. (I bought 6 pairs because I wear them every day.)
Hulken is on sale!! If you’re a schlepper/farmer’s market lover/live in a city/etc, these are a game changer. I have a large, it folds up to be smaller for storage.
My Rothy’s are still 30% off right now. Did I mention they’re machine washable?!
This is my favorite sugar cookie recipe. I use it to make gingerbread houses, roll a log of dough in sprinkles for slice-and-bake cookies, or roll the dough and cut out to decorate with royal icing. It’s the best.
Hands down one of my favorite cookies. They’re perfectly soft, every time.
We make these every year for Halloween, but they’re a great way to use ANY candy you have lying around.
Omg the most delicious blondies you’ll ever have. Do not bake until a stick comes out clean. If you do, they won’t be gooey!!
