veggie tray w yogurt dip, bean salad, but also tostadas with beef picadillo or chicken tinga. Yum! W beans, lettuce & sour cream. If you have it, avocado. Back in the day I also liked making tres leches cake.
For a big holiday, I keep a standing shopping list of items that I know I’ll need so I don’t need to sit down and make a list from scratch every year.
