Having a handful of three-ingredient meals in your weekly rotation is the easiest way to stay sane (even if they aren’t exactly three ingredients).
I want to empower you to use what you have to season things (my staples are salt, pep, garlic powder, sweet paprika, and oregano) and give recipe ideas that inspire you. It’s ok if you don’t have a red onion, use green. Chop up red bell pepper instead of tomatoes and throw it on the sheet pan. Or leave it out!! Being able to shop your fridge and use what you have opens up so much creativity in the kitchen. And tell me what you make!! I want to hear all about it.
