Loved the arugula salad but found the dressing to be a bit too acidic. Maybe my lemons were just too juicy. Any recommendations for next time? More nooch maybe?

Hi Megan! You can definitely add more nooch to balance out the acidity, or even a splash more olive oil. If it's really too acidic, a touch of honey can help too! I typically get 1/4-1/3 cup lemon juice for 2 lemons.
