If you’ve been here a while, you know I’m not a breakfast person. But I love entertaining and hosting people I love, and my kids and I often make pancakes on Saturday mornings. If you’re hosting overnight guests during the holidays, keep these recipes in your back pocket. Most of them are like elevated French toast—who doesn’t love that?!
Pull everything together while you hang out the night before, pop in the oven when you wake up, and serve with a fruit salad or sliced veggies and hard-boiled eggs to give you all the food groups. Your reputation as hostess with the mostess is about to shine.
