I am addicted to the green goddess. My only issue is that mine doesn’t come out so creamy and smooth… any suggestions?

So glad you like it! That's interesting...one thing that can impact the smoothness is what kind of blender you're using, a high-powered blender is definitely a necessity to make it super smooth (and bright green vs with green flecks). What kind of results are you seeing, is it just thinner generally or is it the consistency too?

I use the ninja blender. The taste is amazing but the consistency is not smooth so I’m chewing small pieces (probably the cashews or stems…).

Absolutely!!! We love it! We add it to chicken cutlets, we as to a mashed avocado and spread on bread, of course to salads… not only it tastes amazing it’s super healthy!!

oh that's not ideal!! you could try blending the wet ingredients (oil, lemon juice, vinegar) plus the shallot, garlic, and cashews first until smooth, then adding the herbs. the final result should be totally homogenous and creamy!
