The marinade in the Spring Market Salad with Marinated Chicken recipe is an incredible marinade and I usually use it once a week. I just put the chicken breasts in a ziplock with the marinade in the fridge before work and it’s 10 minutes to cook and serve when I get home. Always perfect!

I just made the Rainbow lentil salad. I didn’t have any savoury yeast flakes but it was still delicious. I was a bit confused with the initial amount of oil to cook the zucchini and where garlic had to be added twice?

Hi Kristine! Glad you liked it! For the zucchini, I used 2 tablespoons olive oil. It's definitely a garlicky recipe—I added 2 cloves with the zucchini and 4 when making the dressing.
