There are a few recipes that make my mouth water to think about. And it turns out you agree! So many of my favorites were included in your responses to the new subscriber survey. It’s hard to believe it’s my Substack’s one-year anniversary already.
There’s such a learning curve to starting on a new platform, which is why I’m always eager to hear your feedback and am so grateful for it. I do it all for you and want you to get the most out of it!
To celebrate the anniversary, I’m sharing five of our collective favorite recipes as PDFs. If you haven’t upgraded to paid, this is my gift to you—and if you love it, I hope you join us. Would you believe I’ve shared more than 150 recipes this year?! And there are so many more to come. Let’s go.
We’re gearing up to send our oldest to camp! Find everything I’ve stocked up on here.
Our family was traveling this week for spring break, so I dusted off many of my travel faves (this bag is only $28 and makes only bringing a carry-on so easy).
This is one of my favorite shirts. It’s great for traveling—so light!
One of my other top posts of the year (that answers questions I get all the time in DMs) is my list of kitchen recommendations. Would love to hear if you’ve bought anything that you’ve loved from it.
One-Pan Fajita Lettuce Wraps
This recipe has been at the top of the list since day one (with good reason). Have you made it yet?
Crunchy Cashew Slaw
Even if you only make the topping, you’ll love this recipe. It’s great for adding crunch to salads or even yogurt (if you like yogurt). I eat it by the handful.
Chopped Greek Salad with Miso Vinaigrette
The perfect chopped salad, topped with my most popular dressing (other than the Green Goddess). Make a big jar of it to dress different salads all week long.
Veggie Soup
I’ve shared so many soups over the past year and this is one of my faves. It’s so beautiful and packed with veggies.
Sheet Pan Chicken
A version of this is constantly on rotation in my house. Anything I can make quickly after a long day at work is a win in my book.
Thank you all for an incredible year! Here’s to the next one.
